Currensee Gets $6 Million for Forex Trader Social Network

Boston - Currensee, a Boston-based social network for foreign exchange (forex) traders, on Tuesday announced the beta launch of its service and disclosed a $6 million venture capital investment from North Bridge Venture Partners.

Currensee connects retail forex traders from around the world, allowing them to share and collaborate on trading information.

Traders from over 64 different countries have become members of the social network so far, the company said.
