Five-Billionth Tweet Posted to Twitter

San Francisco - A former Current Media executive has posted what is purported to be the five-billionth tweet to the Twitter microblogging service, CNET News.com reported.

San Francisco resident Robin Sloan's tweet read simply, "Oh Lord," and was posted in response to another user's posting.

Sloan recently departed Current Media to work on a novel he's funding through microfinance site Kickstarter.
