Mass. - HealthGuru Media, the
publisher of a website for 18 to 40 year olds that offers health-related
videos, announced that it has closed a $3.2 million third round investment, led
by Castile Ventures with participation from Village Ventures.
The Health Guru content library has over 1,000 videos covering 75-plus health conditions, and is the most-atched health content on both YouTube and MySpace TV, according to the company. Massachusetts-based HealthGuru said that the funding will help expand its channels for traffic acquisition and ramp its revenue generating capabilities.
