Chaired by CEO Tim Armstrong, the board will include, among others, former FCC Chairman Michael Powell; Fredric Reynolds, the former CFO of CBS; and James Wiatt, former chairman and CEO of the William Morris Agency.

Other directors will be Richard Dalzell, the former CIO of Amazon.com; Karen Dykstra, the COO and CFO of Plainfield Direct; William Hambrecht, the founder and CEO of WR Hambrecht & Co; Patricia Mitchell, the former president and CEO of PBS; and James Stengel, the former global marketing officer of Procter & Gamble.
