Calif. - VeriSign, a provider of
Internet infrastructure and identity services, said on Monday that it has sold its
m-Qube mobile messaging aggregator to Los Angeles-based Mobile Messenger.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Mobile Messenger obtains m-Qube's direct connections to carriers in the U.S. and Canada, as well as its entire business delivering commercial messaging and mobile content to customers throughout North America. Mobile Messenger was Boston-based m-Qube's largest client.
