Attentio Nabs $786K for Social Media Monitoring Tools

Brussels, Belgium - Attentio, a developer of social media monitoring services for brands and companies, has raised $786,000 in financing from SRIB/GIMB, TechCrunch reported.

Founded in 2004, Brussels-based Attentio provides companies with a means of tracking trends and conversations about their brands and products on social media sites, including blogs.

Attentio, which has raised a total of about $4.5 million in funding to date, told TechCrunch that the new funds will help accelerate growth.
