Live Nation to Sell Live Concert Recordings, Videos on iTunes

Los Angeles - Concert promoter and venue owner Live Nation (NYSE: LYV) announced on Tuesday that it has partnered with Apple's (NASD: AAPL) iTunes Store on a new live music program, that will see Live Nation Studios offer exclusive recorded and filmed concerts for purchase and download on iTunes.

Live Nation said it regularly records concerts in over 80 of the venues it owns.

The first exclusive live recordings to go on sale this week, from a new, dedicated live recordings section on iTunes, include performances from OK Go, Jesse McCartney, Duffy and Ziggy Marley.
