- Nival Network, a Russia-based developer of online games, has raised $5
million in new financing from an unnamed investor, TechCrunch reported.
Founded
in 2008, Nival operates a number of massively multiplayer online games in Russia, as well
as a gaming-focused social network call ZZima.
The company will reportedly use
the funds to continue development of "Prime World," a "strategy
game with social networking features," according to TechCrunch.
