Redmond, Wash. - Microsoft's (NASD: MSFT) MSN, publisher Hachette Filipacchi Media (HFM) and BermanBraun Interactive on Tuesday announced plans to launch a new website focused on style, beauty, relationships and home décor.

Expected to launch in the first half of 2010, the new site will be distributed through MSN and promoted on Hachette Filipacchi's stable of websites and magazine properties, which include Elle and Woman's Day.

BermanBruan and HFM will spearhead design, programming and operations of the new site; MSN will lead ad sales, with participation from HFM.

MSN and BermanBraun previously collaborated on Wonderwall.com, a celebrity news site that launched earlier this year and now counts 9.5 million unique monthly users.

"Lifestyle is one of our top priorities because of its growing popularity and strong appeal to the adult female audience and advertisers that wish to reach them," said MSN U.S. executive producer Scott Moore.

"We see a great opportunity to expand on our current lifestyle offering by delivering a new experience that is unique to the broader lifestyle category."
