FanAxcess.com has become the latest company seeking to match musicians with advertisers and brands. At launch the service lists Roberta Flack, M.C. Hammer, D.J. Quik, Livingston Taylor and Marcus Miller among the artists who have created a profile, the first step toward getting found by ad agencies, TV producers, film studios and music tour promoters.

Similar to most industry music libraries, those looking for music can search by a number of attributes. In addition, FaxAxcess.com can match based on the socioeconomic profile of a typical fan.

FanAxcess.com was founded by CEO Joan Martin and co-founder Suzanne Koga, both of whom have a history in the music business that includes a long-standing relationship with Flack (pictured), who has won many Grammy Awards and other honors.

The FanAxcess registration and profile is free to artists who have a minimum of 1,000 social media contacts.
