Boston – CampusLIVE, a Boston-based provider of content designed to drive digital social action for brand advertisers, announced on Monday it has re-launched as Dailybreak.

The company also said it has closed $5 million in funding led by GSV Capital, and appointed John Federman as CEO.

CampusLIVE founder Boris Revsin will serve as Dailybreak’s executive vice president of business development and strategy.

The company’s programs feature “challenges” and content for consumers and brands such as Chevrolet, McDonald’s, Anheuser-Busch, Dunkin’ Donuts, Microsoft and Ernst & Young.
