Santa Clara, Calif. – CalSys, a Santa Clara-based developer of technologies for digital video surveillance and networked video communications, has raised $11.2 million in a round of venture capital, the company disclosed in a new filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Calsys has an engineering team in Silicon Valley and a Beijing design center.
The company says it is planning to release new high frame rate video products, ISP modules and super low latency video infrastructure products.
