Boston – Lookout Gaming, a Boston-based startup still in stealth mode, has raised $1.3 million in convertible debt financing.
The company was founded this year by Andrew Paradise, who previously started AisleBuyer, which was acquired by Intuit in April 2012. Prior to AisleBuyer, Paradise was the founder of Photrade, a web 2.0 digital media and advertising company.
Lookout Gaming is developing technology to help monetize video games. It ran its first usability test on Nov. 13 among two groups of tablet and smartphone gamers.
