Reuters reports that AT&T won a ruling from a federal appeals court in a lawsuit against LCD panel makers claiming a price-fixing scandal. The decision came from 9th Circuit US Court of Appeals, which over-ruled a lower court’s partial dismissal of AT&T’s claims based on a California law. The defendants included Taiwan-based AU Optronics Corporation and Samsung Electronics Co Ltd. AT&T spokesman Marty Richter said the company was satisfied with the verdict.  Read more
