Digital Broadcasting Group (DBG) and Mindshare Entertainment have collaborated on a program that will be streamed Sunday afternoon before the 84th Academy Awards. It is not affiliated with the Oscars in any way, so it can’t make any specific reference to the event, but the timing of Toast to the Red Carpet Live! is not a coincidence.

The 90-minute show features Brooke Burke, Molly Sims and Carson Kressley (pictured) hosting an online viewing party where they chat about celebrity style and other topics that arise as they cover the carefully unspecified red carpet starting at 3 p.m. PST on February 26. The official arrivals for the Academy Awards run from 1:30 p.m until 5:30 p.m. PST.

Toast to the Red Carpet Live! will be streamed live on UsWeekly and the Facebook page of sponsor I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!, a Unilever North America product with an apparent affinity for exclamation points. It also will be shown live on selected other websites in DBG’s digital portfolio.

Digital Broadcasting Group creates, produces and distributes advertisers’ pre-roll inventory as well as original web programming across 2,600 publishers. DBG, with offices in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Dallas, was launched in 2007 by Chris Young, Joseph Gomes, Gregg Backer and Rick Kleczkowski.
