Spotify Lands $250 Million at $4 Billion Valuation

Spotify, the Sweden-based streaming music service, has raised $250 million in new funding at a valuation of more than $4 billion, The Wall Street Journal reported. Silicon Valley venture capital firm Technology Crossover Ventures (TCV) was the lead investor, according to the publication, which cited multiple unnamed sources familiar with the deal.
