Report: M&A Activity in the Local Digital Space Continues Strength

There continues to be a large amount of M&A activity within the local digital landscape -- including mobile, social, online and audio/video -- according to a new report from Chantilly-based BIA/Kelsey. All told, there were 144 local digital deals valued at $7.2 billion in the first half of 2013, compared with 143 at $5.2 billion during the same period last year.
