I don't think that XM/Sirius Satellite radio should be considered a tech failure. I was an early XM subscriber, and I thought that it performed as it was advertised - a major upgrade over the commericial jammed, limited play list FM/AM stations. XM made driving far more enjoyable - especially being able to stay with your favorite stations no matter where you were. And the MLB baseball package was the icing for a Phillies fan living in California

No way does Sirius XM belong a tech failure. I was one of the first subscribers to Sirius and have enjoyed it ever since. The real tech failure will be HD Radio! More of the same boring commercials and watered down playlists. Where else can you get a music library of millions of songs not to mention major league sports, news, entertainment, and no FCC for literally pennies per day? Sirius was a bargain before Howard Stern and with Howard it's the greatest entertainment package you can get today. Long live Sirius XM!!!
