where I live Verizon has poor reception (0 to 2 bars in my house) and Cingular (er, AT&T) has 4 to 5. I have not personally tried sprint, but t-movie had zero reception last I tried them (~3 years ago). This is on the east coast, maybe elsewhere it is different. I know Verizon use to be the best, but that was about four years ago and on the other coast. Maybe time has fixed it or maybe moving has.
