New York - Viacom's BET Networks on Tuesday launched a mobile fan club for its "106 & Park" music video countdown show. Available via all wireless carriers, the club includes access to free and for-pay ringtones from artists appearing on the show; pictures; promotions; and a mobile magazine authored by show hosts Rosci and Terrence.
