Nvidia, Hybrid Graphics Partner to Improve 3D Mobile Games

Austin - Graphics chipmaker Nvidia announced this week that it has partnered with Finland-based Hybrid Graphics, to create an expanded toolkit for developers creating 3D games and other 3D content for mobile phones. Under the deal, Nvidia will include Hybrid's Mobile Framework V6 in its software development kit.

Jamdat Mobile, ATI Partner on 3D Mobile Games

Los Angeles - Mobile entertainment publisher Jamdat Mobile announced on Tuesday that it has partnered with chipmaker ATI Technologies to develop new 3D wireless entertainment applications. The deal calls for Jamdat to support ATI's Imageon 3D graphics in its titles, which include "Jamdat Bowling 3D" and "Tony Hawk's Pro Skater: 3D Mobile Edition."
