Take-Two Sues 3D Realms, Apogee Over "Duke Nukem" Game

New York - Video game publisher Take-Two Interactive (NASD: TTWO) has filed suit against developers 3D Realms and Apogee Software, for failure to deliver the long-awaited PC game "Duke Nukem Forever," Bloomberg reports.

"Duke Nukem" Game Developer 3D Realms Shuts Down

Garland, Texas - Video game developer 3D Realms, creators of the "Duke Nukem" game franchise and publisher of others including "Wolfenstein 3D," has shut down and laid off all employees, Shacknews reported.

2K Games Ships "Prey" Title to Retailers

New York - 2K Games, a unit of Take-Two Interactive, and partner 3D Realms on Tuesday shipped their "Prey" first-person shooter title to North American retailers.
