Palo Alto, Calif. - Metacafe, a video site focused exclusively on short-form entertainment, said on Thursday that it has signed 12 new partnership deals with content creators. New content partners include 60 Frames, Aniboom, CelebTV.com, Collegiate Images, Comedy.com, Comedy Time, Diagonal View, GamePro Media, Howcast, SXM, Wannahaves and YoungHollywood.com.

Los Angeles - Digital media financing and syndication firm 60Frames Entertainment said on Wednesday it has wrapped production on "Blood Cell," a new 18-episode Web series that will star Jessica Rose, of "Lonelygirl15" fame. The company said it will provide release date and syndication details shortly. 60Frames recently launched nine original series through its syndication network, and has more than 30 additional projects in development and production.
