New York - A&E Television Networks, a joint venture of The Hearst Corporation, ABC and NBC, announced on Monday the launch of two mobile TV channels -- A&E Mobile and The History Channel Mobile -- on the MobiTV service offered by several U.S. carriers. Separately, New York-based A&E said it has partnered with video advertising firm Visible World, to enable advertisers to dynamically customize and target TV ads in real-time across A&E Network and The History Channel. Advertisers will now be able to adjust campaigns based on changing market conditions, audience demographics, and the programming context in which their ads appear.
