London - Velti, a provider of mobile marketing and advertising services, announced on Tuesday that it has acquired Ad Infuse, a provider of personalized mobile advertising services.

San Francisco - Ad Infuse, a provider of personalized mobile advertising services, announced on Wednesday that it has raised $12 million in a new round of financing, led by SoftBank Capital.

San Francisco - Mobile ad firm Ad Infuse and video streaming technology firm Minick said on Wednesday that they will power a new ad-supported, mobile video streaming service from Swisscom Mobile. Customers will be able to access on-demand video content in exchange for viewing 10-20 second ads at the start and conclusion of each program.
