London - EnQii Holdings, the operator of a global, digital out-of-home advertising network, announced on Tuesday that it has closed an $18 million second round of financing, led by Amadeus Capital Partners and Wellington Partners.

London - Celltick Technologies, a marketing agency that promotes content and brands over the idle screens of mobile phones, has raised an additional $8.5 million of venture capital financing, led by Amadeus Capital Partners and Jerusalem Venture Partners.
