San Francisco - ATEL Ventures said on Tuesday that it will provide $5.0 million in equipment lease financing to San Mateo, Calif.-based Sling Media, a developer of technology that allows users to access their home TV channels from any Internet-connected device. Sling Media said that the financing will allow it to broaden its existing product line, support its growing customer base and accelerate its growth.
