Attributor Gets $12 Million for Content-Tracking Service

Redwood City, Calif. - Attributor, a provider of content-tracking and programming services for publishers, announced on Wednesday that it has raised $12 million in its third round of venture capital financing, led by JAFCO Ventures and previous investor Sigma Partners.

Attributor to Track Web Content Usage for Reuters

Redwood City, Calif. - Attributor Corporation, a provider of Web content monitoring and analysis services, announced on Monday that the Reuters news agency will use its technology to track usage of its content across the Internet. The service will allow Reuters to pursue new online content syndication opportunities, as well as protect the value of its original content investments. Redwood City, Calif.-based Attributor provides similar services to the Associated Press.

Associated Press Taps Attributor to Monitor Its Copyrights Online

Redwood City, Calif. - The Associated Press announced on Thursday that it will work with a Redwood City, Calif.-based start-up called Attributor to monitor how its stories, photos and videos are used online, and detect copyright violations.
