Belkin Apologizes for Fake Product Reviews on Amazon.com

Compton, Calif. - Computer peripherals maker Belkin has posted a public apology, and taken steps to remove positive Amazon.com reviews of its products that an employee of the company apparently paid consumers to write.

Artist Releases Purported First Album Recorded Using Only an iPod

San Francisco - Independent artist Jimmy Camp has produced what he says is the first commercially available album recorded using only an iPod, Wired News reported. "Captain America" was created using a $70 Belkin TuneTalk microphone accessory for the video iPod, and features "no overdubs, processing, cutting, pasting, or any other editing."

Skype will start selling WiFi cell phones

Skypephone Skype, the IP-phone company owned by Ebay, has announced a collaboration with hardware partners to deliver the first WiFi phones for Skype software, in a sense creating a cell phone that is free to the user.
