New York - Wix, the developer of an online application that helps average users create Flash-based websites, announced on Thursday that it has raised $3.5 million in new funding, from Mangrove Venture Capital and Bessemer Venture Partners.

Mountain View, Calif. - LinkedIn, the creator of an online professional network with more than 23 million members, said on Wednesday that it has secured $53 million in its fourth round of funding, which values the company at just over $1 billion. Bain Capital Ventures led the round, which also included previous investors Sequoia Capital, Greylock Partners and Bessemer Venture Partners.

Redwood City, Calif. - Flock, the developer of a social Web browser, announced on Thursday that it has completed a $15 million fourth round of venture funding, led by Fidelity Ventures.

New York - OLX, a provider of free online classifieds in the U.S. and abroad, has raised $13.5 million in its second round of venture capital financing, PEHub.com reported.

San Francisco - Delivery Agent, a provider of shopping-enabled programming for TV shows, movies, sports, publishing and music videos, announced on Wednesday that it has added $18.5 million to its third round of venture capital financing, which closed with a total of $35 million.

Palo Alto, Calif. - LinkedIn, an online social network focused on business networking, announced on Monday that it has raised $12.8 million in its third round of venture capital financing, led by Bessemer Venture Partners and European Founders Fund.
