New York - AdaptiveBlue, a developer of semantics-based browsing technology, has raised $4.5 million in its second round of venture capital, PE Week Wire reported, citing a regulatory filing.

Tempe, Ariz. - vSocial, a provider of hosted social networking for video services, announced on Wednesday the closing of its second round of financing, led by Biltmore Ventures and previous backer Consor Capital.
