Storm smartphone, Reuters reports. The Storm2 will continue to sport a
"clickable" touch-screen, but add faster typing and
"multitouch" functionality, RIM co-CEO Jim Balsillie told Reuters.
Vodafone plans to begin selling the device in the fall in parts of Europe and South Africa,
while Verizon is also expected to offer the device this year.

Vonage (NYSE: VG) on Monday announced the release of mobile applications for Apple's (NASD: AAPL)
iPhone and RIM's (NASD: RIMM) BlackBerry. The free applications let users make low-cost
international calls either over a Wi-Fi connection, or on the same voice
network used to make regular calls. "We're not trying to drive voice
traffic over the data network at this point," Michael Tempora, SCP of
products at Vonage, told The Times. "Though we do look forward to the
wireless networks in the U.S.
opening up so we can launch voice and messaging apps over 3G and 4G
networks." A similar application from Google, Google Voice, has not yet
been approved for the iPhone by Apple.

Street Journal on Blackberry (NASD: RIMM) and iPhone (NASD: AAPL) smartphones, CEO and chairman Rupert
Murdoch said at an event today, PaidContent reported. The move is expected to
come in a few months. Hulu, the online video joint venture between News Corp.,
NBC Universal and Disney, is also expected to introduce a pay-per-view or
subscription model.
