Santa Clara, Calif. - Wireless HD chipmaker Amimon announced on Tuesday that it has raised $10 million in a fourth round of funding, led by Stata Venture Partners.

Newton, Mass. - PeerApp, a provider of media caching and bandwidth arbitrage technology for ISPs, has raised $8 million in its second round of venture capital, which was led by Pilot House Ventures, Cedar Fund and Evergreen Venture Partners.

Newton, Mass. - PeerApp, a provider of peer-to-peer (P2P) technology for Internet service providers, has raised $3 million of venture capital from a group including Pilot House Ventures, Evergreen and Cedar Fund, according to a report by PE Week Wire, which cited a regulatory filing.
