kiosk unit of Coinstar (NASD: CSTR), said on Wednesday that it has filed suit in federal
court against News Corp.'s (NYSE: NWS) 20th Century Fox movie studio, over Fox's decision
to delay distribution of new release titles to Redbox kiosks until 30 days
after public release. "At the expense of consumers, 20th Century Fox is
attempting to prohibit timely consumer access to its new release DVDs at redbox
retail locations nationwide," said Redbox president Mitch Lowe.

Monday that it has expanded its deal with grocery store chain Kroger, to host
its Redbox DVD rental kiosks. Kroger currently hosts Redbox kiosks in 200 of
its locations, but will add the machines in all 2,600 of its supermarket and
convenience store locations by the end of 2010.

automated coin redemption kiosks, has announced plans to begin offering prepaid
online game cards for sites like Facebook and MySpace as one of the options for
users of its machines. The company said it also partnered with online game
publishers Aeria Games, Rixty, Spare Change and WildTangent to offer more than
15 products.
