New York - Internet holding company IAC (NASD: IACI) has launched a new video content production company, Notional, out of its CollegeHumor.com comedy video site.

CollegeHumor Videos to Launch on Joost

New York - IAC's (NASD: IACI) comedy video site CollegeHumor said on Friday that it will offer its original programming through Joost, the peer-to-peer based streaming TV service. CollegeHumor shows set for distribution through Joost include "The Michael Showalter Showalter," "Prank War" and "Street Fighter: The Later Years."

InterActiveCorp Acquires Majority Stake in CollegeHumor.com

New York - IAC/InterActiveCorp, whose holdings include Ticketmaster, Citysearch, Match.com and Evite, announced on Tuesday that it has acquired a majority interest in Connected Ventures, the parent company of comedy site CollegeHumor.com. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
