Sunnyvale, Calif. - RGB Networks, a developer of digital video processing tools that help service providers deliver targeted video content, said on Monday that it has raised $20 million in a new round of funding, led by new investor Institutional Venture Partners.

Mountain View, Calif. - Bubble Motion, the developer of a platform for voice messaging and advanced voice content applications, said on Wednesday that it has raised $14 million in a new round of funding.

New York - Giant Realm, on online network of video game and entertainment sites, announced on Monday that it has raised a new $3.5 million found of financing, led by Comcast Interactive Capital.

New York - BlackArrow, a provider of multiplatform ad management for viewer-controlled video, has raised $12 million in its second round of venture capital financing.

La Jolla, Calif. - Ortiva Wireless, a provider of mobile video delivery technology and services, announced on Monday that it has raised $15 million in its second round of financing, led by Comcast Interactive Capital.

San Jose, Calif. - Broadband network chipmaker BroadLogic announced that it has raised $17 million in a new round of financing, led by Comcast Interactive Capital.
