The talented 17-year-old Bo Burnham from Massachusetts deserves a break. His funny homemade videos are getting hundreds of thousands of hits on Break, Youtube, MySpace and others. Either you find him hilarious or just offensive and annoying, but it's impossible to ignore him. In a new media world where you have to prove yourself on the Internet, Bo Burnham has the goods. He has developed a cult-like following online, but so far he has not been discovered by big media (tip to daring bookers at Late Night with David Letterman or Conan O’Brian etc.)

Los Angeles - Break.com, a male-focused entertainment site, announced on Tuesday an agreement with TV producer Endemol USA ("Deal or No Deal," "Big Brother"), to produce original content for Break.com. "Record Breakers," Endemol's first original series commissioned by Break.com, is set to debut this summer. Los Angeles - Amp'd Mobile, a youth-focused mobile virtual network operator, announced on Monday that it partnered with entertainment site Break.com to sponsor a College Comedy tour, featuring stand-up comics Nick Thune and Jo Koy. Amp'd will produce behind-the-scenes footage from the tour, and will offer a live mobile TV broadcast of one of the dates from the tour to Amp'd Mobile subscribers.
