West Hollywood, Calif. - IAC's (NASD: IACI) Ticketmaster on Tuesday announced the launch of a new paperless ticketing service, wherein customers will no longer carry any paper tickets, and instead present their credit card and photo ID to gain entry at a venue. The new Paperless Ticket will first be utilized on Tom Waits' "Glitter and Doom" tour this summer, and the company says it plans to begin installing capabilities to offer the service at major venues in the U.S. over the next year and a half.

"We've been a complex enterprise almost from the very beginning 12 years ago, with hundreds of transactions over those years. Vimeo Launches High-Definition Video Sharing

New York - Vimeo, a video-sharing site operated by IAC and Connected Ventures, on Wednesday announced the introduction of support for high-definition video, which it claims is an industry first. Vimeo now allows videos to be shared in 720p (1280 x 720 resolution), compared with the 320 x 240 resolution on YouTube and many other video sites.

In this role he will have responsibility for Match.com's worldwide business, and will report to Doug Lebda, President and Chief Operating Officer of IAC. Mr. Enraght-Moony previously served as the company's Chief Operating Officer. He succeeds Jim Safka, who, as announced today, has been named Chief Executive Officer of a new IAC-backed venture located in San Francisco.
