Control Room, MSN Offer Video of Virgin Mobile Festival

Los Angeles - Control Room, a producer and distributor of concert webcasts and other entertainment content, announced on Wednesday that it will offer a range of free performances from the Virgin Mobile Festival on the website of partner MSN. The packages will be available on-demand for the next four months, and include sets from Iggy & The Stooges, Bloc Party, Gogol Bordello and Andrew Bird.

New York - Control Room, a producer of live music programming that is distributed via TV, broadband and mobile platforms, has received an investment from private equity firm InterMedia Partners, Reuters reported.

MSN to Webcast Live Concerts from Control Room

Los Angeles - Control Room (formerly Network LIVE), a provider of live digital entertainment and producer of the Live 8 concerts, announced on Wednesday a distribution agreement with Microsoft's MSN. Under the multi-year deal, MSN will exclusively distribute Control Room's slate of live music programming on MSN, and also through other Microsoft platforms like Xbox Live and MSN Messenger. Initial live concerts offered by Control Room via MSN will include performances from John Legend and John Mayer.
