Social Media Ad Firm Offerpal Media Raises $15 Million

Fremont, Calif. - Offerpal Media, a provider of online ad technology for social media and video games, said on Tuesday that it has closed a $15 million second round of financing, led by D.E. Shaw Ventures.

Mobile Entertainment Firm Emotive Gets $6.25M; Buys Sennari

Los Angeles - Emotive Communications, a developer of smart media applications for mobile entertainment, announced on Wednesday that it has raised a $6.25 million second round of venture capital financing, led by the Mayfield Fund.
