San Francisco - Delivery Agent, a provider of e-commerce fulfillment services for TV shows, movies, magazines, sports and music videos, has raised $24.85 million in a fourth round of funding, PEHub.com reported, citing a regulatory filing.

San Francisco - Delivery Agent, a provider of shopping-enabled programming for 125 entertainment properties, said on Wednesday that it partnered with The Weinstein Company to auction off over 35 original garments designed by the final three contestants on Bravo's "Project Runway" fashion designer reality show. A portion of the proceeds from the final collections will go to benefit New York-based The HOPE Program, a career-development program helping homeless and welfare-dependent adults.

San Francisco - Delivery Agent, a provider of "shopping-enabled programming" that lets TV viewers purchase products used or endorsed by celebrities, on Monday announced a partnership with recording artist and actress Jessica Simpson. More than 500 products will be featured on a Simpson-branded page at SeenOn.com. "Fans will be able to emulate Simpson, one of this decade's most sought after style icons, by purchasing products from all aspects of her celebrity lifestyle, including apparel, accessories and her upcoming fragrance line," the company said.

San Francisco - Delivery Agent, a provider of custom e-commerce stores for TV shows, movies, sports and publishing, on Monday announced a deal with Universal Music Group's Interscope Geffen A&M Records, to create an online store for the band The Pussycat Dolls. Launching this month, the online store will allow fans to find and purchase clothing and products worn and used by The Pussycat Dolls in music videos, concert performances and everyday life. The companies will also pursue similar opportunities with other label artists.

New York - Delivery Agent said on Monday that it has signed a multi-year agreement to create an e-commerce site for Dennis Publishing's Maxim magazine. The Shop.Maxim site will feature products that appear in Maxim magazine, as well as an assortment of products and gear for 18-34 year-old men.

San Francisco - Delivery Agent, a provider of e-commerce services for products seen on TV shows and in movies, sports and music videos, announced on Wednesday that it has raised $11 million in its second round of venture capital financing. Bessemer Venture Partners led the investment round; previous investors Worldview Technology Partners and Cardinal Venture Capital also participated. The funds will be used to expand San Francisco-based Delivery Agent's technology, which facilitates the sale of products seen within entertainment content via wireless, Internet TV and interactive television platforms. The company's customers include NBC Universal, ABC Entertainment, Twentieth Century Fox, Sony Pictures, The Weinstein Company and several NBA franchises.

San Francisco -- Delivery Agent, a provider of interactive commerce technology, said on Thursday that it has raised $5.5 million in its first round of venture capital financing, led by Worldview Technology Partners and Cardinal Venture Capital. The company's "Just Seen On" technology allows TV viewers to purchase products seen on TV shows -- such as the clothing worn by actresses -- over the Internet, using a PC, cell phone or interactive TV remote. Since launching in 2002, Delivery Agent's service has been utilized by content producers including Miramax Films, Sony Pictures Home Entertainment, Dimension Films, Lions Gate Entertainment NBC, ABC, and Bravo, on TV shows such as "Will & Grace" and "Queer Eye for the Straight Guy." San Francisco-based Delivery Agent will use the funds to accelerate growth and expand its business to additional brands and entertainment properties.
