New York - BurnLounge on Wednesday announced a public beta test of its service that will let users create their own digital music stores and sell tracks from their favorite artists to the public. Powered by Loudeye, a provider of branded digital music stores with a catalog that includes tracks from all major labels, the service costs $30 per year, and rewards fans who sell tracks from their sites with points redeemable for products, services or music downloads. For an extra fee, fan affiliate sites can redeem points for cash, and also create their own affiliate networks.
