Mark Burnett, Emilio Estefan Partner on Multimedia Joint Venture

Los Angeles - Reality TV producer Mark Burnett ("Survivor," "The Apprentice") announced on Wednesday that he has formed a joint venture with music producer Emilio Estefan, to develop multimedia entertainment for the Hispanic community that will be distributed on the Internet, mobile devices and network broadcast.

New York - BarrioMobile, a unit of mobile entertainment publisher Lagardere Active North America, said on Friday that it has signed an agreement with Grammy-winning producer Emilio Estefan, to produce exclusive original ringtones, ringbacks and voicemail greetings. Lagardere also operates BlingTones, a sister brand that offers original ringtone content from hip-hop artists.
