"Second Life" Parent Linden Lab Sued by Virtual Sex Items Maker

San Francisco - Linden Lab, operators of the "Second Life" virtual world, have been sued in federal court by a maker of adult-themed virtual items for copyright and trademark infringement, Wired.com reported.

"Second Life" Entrepreneur Sues User Over Theft of Virtual Sex Code

Tampa, Fla. - An online entrepreneur who devised code that allows avatars in the virtual world "Second Life" to have sex has filed suit against another anonymous Second Life user for allegedly copying and selling the code, the Associated Press reported.
