Eucalyptus
Cupertino,
Calif. - Apple (NASD: AAPL) has allowed a
previously banned e-book reader application to be distributed from its App
Store, Wired.com reports. The Eucalyptus application was reportedly banned because
of its ability to download the Kama Sutra, which was deemed
"pornographic." The $10 application offers access to some 20,000
public domain texts made available through Project Gutenberg.
