Bethesda Softworks to Publish "Rogue Warrior' in Fall of 2007

Rockville, Md. - Video game publisher Bethesda Softworks on Friday announced plans to publish "Rogue Warrior" for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and the PC in the fall of 2007. The first-person shooter is based on the best-selling book series by Dick Marcinko. The game is being developed by Seattle-based Zombie Studios in conjunction with Bethesda Softworks.

Activision Ships "GUN Showdown" for Sony PSP

Santa Monica, Calif. - Video game publisher Activision has released "GUN Showdown" for the Sony PSP, a handheld version of its GUN title for consoles. The game features a wireless multiplayer mode.

New York - 2K Games, a unit of Take-Two Interactive, and partner 3D Realms on Tuesday shipped their "Prey" first-person shooter title to North American retailers.

New York - 2K Games, a unit of video game publisher Take-Two Interactive, announced on Wednesday that its "Prey" title for Xbox 360 and the PC has gone gold, and will ship to retailers on July 11.
