IAC Takes Majority Stake in GarageGames

New York - IAC (InterActiveCorp) announced on Tuesday that it has acquired a majority stake in GarageGames, an Oregon-based provider of game development tools.

GarageGames to Release "Marble Blast Ultra" for Xbox 360 Live Arcade

Eugene, Ore. - Independent game publisher GarageGames announced on Thursday that it will publish a version of its "Marble Blast Ultra" online multiplayer game for the Xbox 360. The title will be made available at the console's launch via download through the Xbox Live Arcade online game service.
