Online Gambling Firm Bwin to Acquire Italy's Gioco Digitale

- Online casino operator and gambling firm Bwin announced on Monday that it will acquire Italian online poker and gaming operator Gioco Digitale, in a deal worth up to $168 million in cash and stock.
