Boston - Go2 Media, a media company that provides personalized local information and entertainment content, announced on Monday that it has raised $3 million in a funding round led by venture firm General Catalyst Partners.

Mobile Content Firms Go2, 80108 Media Agree to Merger

San Francisco - Go2, a provider of mobile search and directory services, announced on Wednesday that it has agreed to merge with 80108 Media, a provider of original local mobile content.
