Waterproof iPod Case Maker H2O Audio Raises $5 Million

San Diego - H2O Audio, a maker of waterproof cases for iPods and other portable electronics, has raised $5 million in its third round of venture capital financing, led by Steelpoint Capital Partners, PEHub.com reported.

San Diego - H2O Audio, a maker of waterproof cases and headphones for portable music players, on Wednesday introduced its DV-i700 "deep dive" MP3 player housing. The $199 case offers protection for an iPod or other device up to 300 feet below the surface.
